Detailed

By optimizing the contact angle between the butterfly plate sealing surface and the seat sealing ring, the contact angle of the valve is larger than the locking cone angle range. In terms of geometry, the possibility of butterfly plate jamming is excluded, thus ensuring the required torque of the valve switch. The butterfly plate sealing surface can be inlaid with stainless steel sealing ring or directly surfacing stainless steel or carbide on the butterfly plate to ensure the durability of the valve in various uses, including high temperature and unclean working conditions.
